Other than that I got a great deal on a board and a functional sail to train on.
e were a lot of times you just have to sit back and think about what you're trying to accomplish, then it will make sense. Overall, it went together easily and painlessly. A third person to hand you things and to find the parts would be very helpful. A lot of the aluminum parts did not have numbers on them so you have to match the picture with the item. We had 2 extension kits to the original 8x8 building and that made it a little more difficult.
After 2 weeks, even with the louvers in the lower part of the greenhouse (the louvers could use screening to keep "critters" out) and 3 vents in the roof (LOVE the self opening and closing) it still gets overly hot inside during the day. We are in SC and greenhouse is partly shaded but it still gets to over 100 by noon. We ordered a fan with an automatic temp switch and installed it in the lower end of the greenhouse. This is NOT a suggestion from Garage, just something my husband came up with and installed; it does lower the temp by up to 15 degrees. We also have removed the top panel of the door for the summer to try to help keep the heat down.
I am totally happy with the greenhouse and already have peppers, tomatoes, and lots of lettuce growing as well as several flowers. I start my seed in the house with a grow light and transplant to the greenhouse...can't wait to eat all my veggies!
