We designed our equipment to solve a bottleneck in the cannabis and hemp harvesting workflow. Your team might be experiencing slowdowns in any of the main steps of harvesting and trimming. Our Trifecta System eliminates bottlenecks; each machine works harmoniously with the others.
1) BUD BUCKER
The Bud Bucker relieves the most significant bottleneck in the commercial trim process: prep. One person on one machine can now replace the work of 3-5 people using scissors. Add another operator, and the Bud Bucker can prep 80-150lbs per hour to feed multiple trim machines.

HOW IT WORKS
You can use the Bud Bucker on both wet and dry product. Its geared, high-torque motor pulls stems through the protruded entry holes, gently plucking buds from the stem without damaging the product.
Adjust roller speed to optimize the Bud Bucker’s performance for various strains, bud sizes, and moisture content.
The protruded entry holes quickly pluck the buds from their stems away from the flat surface of the machine. This prevents smashing and compressing the buds further down the stem, which causes unnecessary damage to the product.
Having two sets of four entry holes allows two operators to work simultaneously, giving you the benefit of two machines.
The Bud Bucker comes with a front table to catch the buds, a rear table to catch the stems, and a top prep table to use as a work surface.

2) SATELLITE BUD TRIMMER
The key to a quality trim is control. The Satellite is a wet and dry trimmer that offers the most control of any commercial trimmer on the market. It is for the commercial cultivator who requires efficiency but refuses to compromise the quality and integrity of their product.

Flower Movement through Airflow and Suction
The air flow is considered properly adjusted when it moves the product around the grate while also allowing the silicone fingers to separate and roll the product. Properly adjusting the airflow and suction eliminates excessive handling and unnecessary agitation.
Rotation & Separation of Product
This is something you will want to adjust based on whether you are trimming wet or dry product as well as adjusting for different strains. Properly adjusting the rotation and separation will reduce batch times.
Wet & Dry Trim Functionality
Properly adjusting the cutting blade and implementing the different grates for wet and dried product will ensure a quality trim without damaging flowers.
Batch Time Control
The Ez Trimmer allows you to watch the product as it is being trimmed, and adjust cycle times, based on what you see during each batch. Every strain and batch are different, so it is important to adjust accordingly. Proper batch time control ensures that flowers are trimmed to your desired level of quality.
Our patented and unique filtration system comes with four collection bags which have varying micron levels for separating and collecting the leaf as it’s trimmed. The first bag collects the larger leaf & stem. This product from this level is good for extraction and separates most of the chlorophyll filled leaf. The second bag collects your sweet leaf making it excellent for extraction & pre-rolls. The third bag is your B grade keif (green), and the fourth bag is your A grade keif (gold). Separating the trim and keif has a lot of upside for both the extraction and creating new revenue streams. Additionally, these bags can also be utilized for manual dry sifting.
IT IS CRUCIAL THAT THE PRODUCT IS DRIED AND PREPPED PROPERLY PRIOR TO TRIMMING, THIS MEANS, ALL OF THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN INDIVIDUALIZED, AND THAT THE OUTER LEAVES SNAP, AND DO NOT BEND AT ALL WHEN DISTURBED
We have guidelines in our Shuck to Shelf SOP to help you safely get your product ready for the machine if you do not believe you are currently able to do so. We recommend that the product homogenize to 40-50% RH in order to achieve the ideal outer “crispiness” to and inner “sponginess.” This will allow your product to be trimmed with the maximum efficiency and safety.

3) BUD SORTER
The Bud Sorter is the perfect combination of simplicity and performance. It allows you to sort your trimmed buds into five sizes gently, efficiently, and accurately. We can build custom grates, but the standard sizes are ¼”, ½” ¾, 1” and 1 ¼.”
Key Features:
Place roughly 1lb of dried, trimmed buds onto the ¼” grate. Use the soft, food-grade brushes to gently move the product over the different-sized grates, sorting the buds by size.
The Bud Sorter is best used after drying and trimming but before quality control and packaging. Removing the small buds and shake from the QC and touch-up process will significantly improve efficiency.
If you only want to remove small buds and shake, you can double your productivity by sorting from both sides. Place a ¼” and ½” grate on both sides of the Bud Sorter and brush your product into the center bin.
When you are done sorting, place the lower shelf on top of the Bud Sorter to create another work surface for your trim room.
